(CBS) The Bears have their young quarterback, moving up to the second pick to take Mitchell Trubisky.
In a move considered surprising around the league, general manager Ryan Pace elected to trade four draft picks — the No. 3 pick, a third- and fourth-round pick for this draft, plus a third for 2018 — in order to select Trubisky.
Trubisky said he learned of the pick from watching on TV. Afterward, he received the call from Pace and head coach John Fox.
