Indians Give Game 3 Tickets To Young Cubs Fan Injured In Cleveland

(CBS) – Remember Johnny Wallach?

He’s the 7-year-old from Northfield who went to Game 1 of the World Series in Cleveland with his dad.

He was accidentally knocked out in the first inning, when a cheering Indians fan elbowed him in the head.

He went to the hospital with a concussion.

Now comes good news: The Cleveland Indians came through with two tickets for Johnny and his dad for Friday night’s game at Wrigley Field.

The young man thanked the team in a photo.
