Bears’ Eddie Royal Questionable For Sunday’s Game With The 49ers

By Chris Emma–

(CBS) Bears coach John Fox said to reporters at Halas Hall on Friday that receiver Eddie Royal is questionable for Sunday’s contest with the 49ers.

Royal has been dealing with a toe injury. He did play in last Sunday’s loss to the Titans, but did not factor into the game.

Bears rookie Leonard Floyd remains in the concussion protocol, but he has worked in a limited role this week. Floyd suffered the concussion two weeks ago in the loss to the Giants.

Josh Sitton, Adrian Amos and Deiondre’ Hall are also listed as questionable for the game. Willie Young is also questionable after appearing on the injury report Friday with a knee injury.

With Jay Cutler headed to IR, the Bears could activate cornerback Kyle Fuller to replace Cutler on the active roster. The team opened a 21-day window for Fuller to return.

Kickoff between the Bears and 49ers comes at noon on Sunday from Soldier Field.
