CHICAGO (CBS) — Former Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy has been subpoenaed in the Jesse Jackson Jr. divorce case.
Former Congressman Jesse Jackson and his wife, former Ald. Sandi Jackson, are in the middle of a nasty divorce. The subpoena asks McCarthy for documents relating to communication with Sandi.
In response to the subpoena the former superintendent tells CBS 2: “I’m not going to comment on anything that stupid.”
