CHICAGO (CBS) — A 3-year-old boy was struck by a car and seriously injured Monday evening in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side.
Around 6:15 p.m. the boy was walking in a crosswalk with his family when he was struck by a car that continued west on 63rd Street from Natchez, then turned onto Harlem Avenue, Chicago Police said.

The car is described as an older-model, beige or tan 4-door, possibly a Toyota Corolla, police said.
